  • After an Administrative Law Judge said the county erred in approving a development for a northwest Bradenton neighbohood, Commissioner Joe McClash suggested that the county commission and rescind the earlier vote approving the 150-home subdivision before the decision goes to Gov. Rick Scott. Commissioners voted 5-2 to hold a public hearing.
