Suspects Sought in Drive-by Shooting
A witness reported seeing gunfire from a white Ford Explorer that drove by the house with its lights off.

Investigators are trying to locate the driver and occupants of a white Ford Explorer who are linked to a drive-by shooting in Palmetto.
The Mantee County Sheriff's Office is reporting that the shooting occurred in the 1400 block of 22nd St. East at 11:30 p.m. Saturday. No one was injured in the shooting.
A couple told investigators that they were awakened in their bedroom by the sounds of gunfire. The couple's granddaughter had been watching television in the living room.

Three shots were fired through a window into a TV set, and other shots were fired into the front door, the garage door and at vehicles parked outside.
A neighbor reported seeing a white Ford Explorer with four men inside drive by with the vehicle's lights off and open fire at the house.
