The teenager shot the flare gun onto the soccer field at a private school after being asked to leave a game, Bradenton police said.
BRADENTON, FL — A teenager was arrested for shooting a flare gun onto a soccer field during a game at a local private school on Nov. 21, according to a Bradenton Police Department news release.
The 16-year-old, who doesn’t attend the school, was asked to leave the match because of disruptive behavior. He and his friends left the school’s property and went to the vehicle they’d driven to the game, which was parked at a nearby restaurant.
The teen fired the flare gun from the vehicle’s passenger seat toward the school’s soccer field, police said.
