FLORIDA — A tractor-trailer truck driven by a 31-year-old Hialeah man caused a five-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge Friday morning, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.

The tractor-trailer, while heading north on the bridge near the 9.5 milepost around 6:45 a.m., was unable to slow down to keep up with traffic in front of and hit two SUVs, FHP said.

This caused one of the SUVs to hit a pick-up truck, which in turn crashed into a car.
