A 53-year-old woman who was driving home at 3:30 a.m. today when she heard two gun shots. She was driving along 5th Street East but didn't see anyone at the time.
When she arrived at her home she called the Manatee County Sheriff's office. Deputies confirmed that there were two bullet holes in her car.
No one was injured. Deputies are investigating the case.
