State Supervisors of Elections Scholarship Available for Students

College students looking for cash can apply for the Florida State Association of Supervisor of Elections scholarship.

The professional association of elections officials for the state offers an annual scholarship to registered Florida college upperclassmen majoring in political science, public or business administration, or journalism/mass communications.

The application period is open through March 19.

Application forms are available here. Additional requirements for scholarship eligibility is listed with the online form and include a financial need statement, resumé and letters of recommendation.

Students must be entering their third or fourth year of school, maintain a “C” average, be registered to vote and be available for a face-to-face interview.

Applicants must complete and return documentation and proof of eligibility to any Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections office:
