Sweet Swap Halloween Candy to Benefit Overseas Troops

Trick or treaters can trade their treats for prizes during the "Sweet Swap" benefit Thursday (Nov. 3).

Kids aged 17 and younger can bring in their candy from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m to the , 1501 N Belcher Road.

Each pound of candy gets an entry into the prize drawing. An extra entry can be earned by bringing in a thank you letter for a military member.

Prizes include a new bike, recreation play pass or tickets to a Bucs game.

The candy will be sent to troops overseas through Operation Gratitude.
