‘Armed And Dangerous’ Man Sought In Clearwater Shooting
Clearwater Police say a man with a '110 percent gangsta' tattoo on his arm is wanted in connection with a Saturday shooting.

CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater Police Department is asking for help tracking down a man officers say is responsible for a Saturday shooting that left another man suffering life-threatening injuries.
According to the agency, La’Mel Johnson, 29, and Michael Rackard, 34, got into an argument at a home in the 100 block of North Jefferson Avenue on Saturday, Jan. 28. Johnson is accused of ending the argument by shooting Rackard and fleeing the scene.
Police say Rackard was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. A warrant for Johnson’s arrest has been obtained.

Johnson is described as standing 5-foot-7. He weighs about 207 pounds and has multiple tattoos including one that says “110 percent gansta” on his left arm. He also has a tattoo that says “death before dishonor” on his right arm and a five-point star on his neck.
“He is considered armed and dangerous,” an email from the police department said.
