McMullen Booth Road Beef 'O' Brady's Grand Opening is Saturday
The eatery officially becomes a member of the restaurant scene Saturday.
Who doesn't like a party?
That's the thinking behind the grand opening of the Beef 'O' Brady's Safety Harbor, an event that will feature everything from corn hole tournaments to a wing-eating contest, plus prizes thrown in for good measure.
The celebration kicks off on Saturday evening at 5 p.m. and runs until 11 that night.

In addition to the above-mentioned activities, there will be live music, raffles, a balloon maker and magician for the kids and $1 Bud Light drafts all night.
"We're different from every other Beef 'O' Brady's," managing partner Bert Strickland said of his place, the newest in a company-wide campaign to modernize the restaurants.

"I get a lot of compliments every day. People say this is the nicest Beef 'O' Brady's they've ever been to."
Walk in the door and it doesn't take long to realize why.
The interior has a modern style, highlighted by a stone-faced and granite-topped bar, which is lined with 24 taps dispensing a variety of craft beers. Full liquor is being served. And the menu features pizza and fajitas, rare offerings for typical Beefs.
"We're the first non-corporate Beefs to open with pizza," Strickland explained. "It's one of the things that separates us from many other Beefs."
The chic decor and new menu items are all part of an effort to update the blandly styled former wing joints and give consumers more options when it comes to neighborhood sports bars.
And the redesign should help Beefs compete in the crowded area restaurant scene.
"We know we have a lot of competition in the area," Strickland said. "But... this is a different experience than anywhere else."
