Can You ID This Shoplifting Suspect?
Clearwater police need help identifying a man accused of stealing from a local Walmart store.

CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater Police Department is asking for help identifying a man officers say recently took a five-finger discount on items from a local Walmart.
According to the agency, the man went into the Walmart at U.S. 19 and State Road 590 on Jan. 21 and proceeded to load a basket with items. He then walked out without paying. The theft included “several hundred dollars” worth of items, an email from police said.
Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call the police department at 727-562-4242 or email tips@myclearwater.com. Tips may also be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-873-TIPS.
