Country Club Addition Neighborhood Watch and Enhancement group, in the area north of Drew Street, between Betty Lane and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, takes great pride in their historic community. The neighborhood is known for well-maintained homes, some built in the early 1900s, friendly neighbors, community involvement, and neighborhood pride.  Residents maintain an active neighborhood association, host an annual block party, and participate in citywide programs and events.

Business of the quarter:

Community Health Centers of Pinellas Inc., Clearwater Campus, 707 Druid Road, is newly renovated and completely redone including new walls, wiring, roof, air conditioning system, windows, flooring and doors. A major portion of the work also enclosed the court yard that separated the previous two buildings creating what is now the lobby. There is new interior and exterior paint and the exterior of the building is surrounded by many different lush plants, shrubs, and trees, watered by an irrigation system.  This business is one of the cornerstones in our Clearwater Community.
