Update: Crash On Gulf-To-Bay Takes Life Of Motorcyclist
A motorcyclist was flown to a trauma center Wednesday night following a crash and died at the hospital.
CLEARWATER, FL — A motorcyclist has died of injuries suffering Wednesday night in a crash in the 2200 block of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.
Clearwater police said the motorcyclist was thrown off his bike and was flown to a trauma center with critical injuries.
The accident shut down eastbound lanes east of Belcher Road for several hours.
