Fallen Clearwater Police Officers Remembered At Memorial Ceremony
Attendees paid tribute to Patrolman Harry L. Conyers Jr., Patrolman Peter M. Price, Patrolman John F. Passer and Patrolman Ronald J. Mahony.
CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater Police Department's fallen officers were remembered Friday during a ceremony hosted by the police department and the Fraternal Order of Police.
The 42nd Annual Fallen Officer Memorial Service took place at Station Square Park, 612 Cleveland St., and included the police department honor guard, a riderless horse, bugler and a bagpiper.
Attendees paid tribute to the line-of-duty deaths of Patrolman Harry L. Conyers Jr., Patrolman Peter M. Price, Patrolman John F. Passer and Patrolman Ronald J. Mahony.

He began his career with retired Sgt. Jimmy Hall. Upon the sergeant's retirement, K-9 Osker worked alongside retired Officer Bob Pease, whom he faithfully served for the remainder of his career.
K-9 Osker served the city of Clearwater from 2012 to 2019. Upon his retirement, Osker spent the rest of his life with Pease and Clearwater police telecommunicator Susan Pease.
