Family Offers $10K Reward in Unsolved Homicide
Vasilios "Billy" Vorvis was stabbed to death in his Clearwater home in 2008 during what police believe was a robbery attempt.
Family members of a Clearwater man who was stabbed to death in his home four years ago are offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the unsolved murder.
Family members of Vasilios "Billy" Vorvis announced the reward Wednesday.
Vorvis was stabbed with a sharp instrument during an attack in his home in the 1400 block of Grove Street on July 6, 2008, according to Clearwater Police. He died a short time later at Morton Plant Hospital.

Authorities believe Vorvis was robbed, though it's unknown how much money and/or property was stolen from him.
