Hotel Stocks Up on Cupcakes for RNC Guests
Some hotel officials are scrambling to keep delegate guests occupied as the RNC is delayed because of Tropical Storm Isaac.

Violetta Grinha loaded trays of cupcakes into her car Sunday afternoon.
While some customers stocked up on storm supplies like batteries, bottled water and canned food at the Island Estates Publix, Grinha, assistant general manager at the Wyndham Garden on Clearwater Beach, just was trying to keep some of her high profile guests entertained.
, and since the RNC convention is delayed because of Tropical Storm Isaac, Grinha is scrambling to find stuff for her guests to keep busy.
“We have no option, we have delegates,” Grinha said.
