International Chef Comes to Clearwater Beach Library

Internationaly known chef Rita Fabula comes to show off cooking skills with demonstrations at the Clearwater Beach Library in November and December.
Fabula has cooked in France, Greece, Italy and Istanbul. She taught at Baltimore International Culinary College. She has her own catering business and offers cooking lessons.
First Fabula demonstrates "Not Your Mama’s Grilled Cheese Sandwiches" at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, One Bite Comfort Foods, originally scheduled for Oct. 9 was rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 18. Fabula will show off recipes for steak and potatoes, turkey day bites and pork chops with applesauce.
