Photo Gallery: Box Car Racers Cram Cleveland Street
About 50 box car racers and more than 1,000 spectators came for the third annual Achieva Box Car Rally in downtown Clearwater.
More than 1,000 spectators and racers journeyed to downtown Clearwater for the Achieva Box Car Rally Saturday.
The 50 race cars, including a green Clearwater Patch racer, competed in four divisions including pee wee, teen, adult and corporate.
This year featured a ramp to start rolling down Cleveland Street. In the past, race cars got a push start.
