Race Could Impact Traffic Near Morton Plant Hospital Saturday

There could be additional traffic surrounding the Morton Plant Mease campus including the Harbor Oaks neighborhood for the third annual Prostate Cancer Awareness Race Saturday.

The family-friendly 5k and 10k race/walk also features a "Miracle Mile" and Kids Dash for children aged 10 and under.

The races are from 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8.

Although there will be no major road closures in Clearwater, allow for extra time when traveling around the Harbor Oaks area, Morton Plant Hospital and Memorial Causeway Bike Path.
