Police are working to find Jerry Lee Phillips, 18, who fired at a car with two women and three children as part of an ongoing feud in the Highland Pines subdivision Monday afternoon.

Clearwater Police are looking for a man who fired gunshots at a car filled with two women and three children because of an ongoing feud Monday afternoon in the Highland Pines subdivision.
Police have probable cause to arrest Jerry Lee Phillips, 18, on three counts of aggravated assault, according to Elizabeth Watts, police spokeswoman.
Phillips fired a gun at a car containing two women and three children at 1:22 p.m. near the 1500 block of Sherwood St. apparently as part of an ongoing feud, according to investigators.

None of the victims were injured, according to police.
Phillips was arrested earlier this year. He was arrested and charged with resisting an officer with violence, possession of marijuana and crack cocaine Feb. 15, according to Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Phillips also was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling March 31, according to the sheriff's office.
