$1.58B Winning Mega Millions Ticket Sold At FL Publix
The winning Mega Millions ticket in Tuesday's $1.58B drawing was sold at a Neptune Beach Publix with a 2X Megaplier.

NEPTUNE BEACH, FL — One Florida resident woke up $1.58 billion richer Wednesday morning.
The jackpot winning ticket in Tuesday night’s historic Mega Millions drawing — the biggest jackpot ever up for grabs — was sold at a Neptune Beach Publix at 630 Atlantic Boulevard, according to WFTS.
The winning Mega Millions Quick Pick ticket with a 2X Megaplier, multiplying the prize, matched the numbers drawn, 13, 19, 20, 32 and 33, as well as the Mega Ball, which was 14.

Before this, Mega Millions, drawn on Tuesday and Friday, hadn’t been won since April. It’s also the seventh jackpot won so far in 2023.

A $2 million winning ticket, matching five of the numbers, but not the Mega Ball, was also sold in Hollywood, WESH said. That winner chose a Megaplier, doubling their prize.
Another $2 million-winning ticket, also with an optional Megaplier, was sold in North Carolina, according to Mega Millions.
Five Match 5 tickets winning the standard second-tier prize were sold in California, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as two in Texas.
Across the U.S.,166 tickets matched four white balls and the Mega Ball to win the third-tier prize, Mega Millions said. Twenty-eight of these tickets, which included the Megaplier, are worth $20,000 each. The other 138 third-tier winning tickets are worth $10,000 each.
In Tuesday’s drawing, 43.7 million winning tickets were sold across all prize tiers.
In October, another jackpot-winning ticket was sold in Florida. A resident of Fort Myers, which was devastated by Hurricane Ian just weeks earlier, split the $502 million jackpot prize with a winner in California. That winning ticket was sold at 7-Eleven at 2980 Colonial Blvd.
The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday and resets to its starting jackpot of $20 million.
