A Grandfather's Gift Winds Down in Land O' Lakes
Patch reader Charles Drake captured these photos of a hot air balloon trip that originated from Orlando Saturday.
Kelly and Mark Langer, Mike Maloch and Alex Ventura were on board the hot air ballon piloted by Kenny Shumate during a Saturday, July 21, flight from Orlando.
The flight was Pete Langer's Christmas gift to his grandchildren last year. He was there to meet them as eight hot air balloons from Balloonatic Promotions met their chase crews in a field just north of Route 54 off pf Land O' Lakes Boulevard.
