Child Neglect Charges For Pasco Pair
Angela Patrice Walsh and Evan James Ferguson, of Wesley Chapel, were arrested after one child wandered away from the house in nothing but panties while another was covered in feces, authorities say.
If guilty of the allegations, a Wesley Chapel couple will not be winning any parent of the year awards.Β
Angela Patrice Walsh, 24, and Evan James Ferguson, 26, both of Ryerson Circle in the Pasco Woods apartment complex, were arrested and charged early Sunday with child neglect. Two youngsters were removed from the home β described as βfilthyβ β by Children and Family Services.
Pasco County Sheriffβs Office officials say Ferguson was asleep when a 4-year-old living at the apartment left the home in her panties and wandered around the complex until a neighbor took her in and called authorities.

Ferguson was unaware the girl was missing when contacted by authorities, according to the complaint affidavit. Deputies also found in a bedroom a 1-and-a-half-year-old child naked and covered in feces.
Walsh was arrested around 4 a.m. at her waitressing job when she told interviewing authorities the house was unkempt and she was sleeping when the child left the home.

Walsh and Ferguson were taken to the Land O' Lakes Jail and released on Monday, Walsh on $2,000 bond and Ferguson on $5,000 bond.
