Orlando Workplace Shooting: 6 Killed, Including Suspected Gunman

Five workers are dead after a lone gunman, who authorities described as a disgruntled former employee, opened fire at Fiamma Inc. in Orlando Monday morning. According to Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings, the John Robert Neumann Jr. walked into the business around 8 a.m. armed with a handgun and knife.

2nd Rabies Alert Issued In Hillsborough County

The Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County has issued a rabies alert for the Carrollwood area after a domestic cat tested positive for the disease. This is the second alert issued in recent days in the northwest part of the county.
