Inmate Exposes Himself to Volunteer During Parenting Class

A woman was teaching a class at the Land O’ Lakes jail when an inmate’s behavior caught her attention.

Marcus Harris, 30, had his sex organ exposed and was masturbating, according to an arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. He made eye contact with the woman during the incident but didn't stop.

The woman is a volunteer. The class was called “Positive Parenting.”

Harris of 1223 Landan St. in Holiday was already in jail on charges stemming from a May 28 arrest. In that arrest, he was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and indecent exposure.

Now he has a charge of indecent exposure added onto his record.

Harris has been arrested multiple times in the past. He was convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior in a 2011 case, according to Pasco court records.
