Listman, along with husband and business partner Bill Najmark, opened in Land Oβ Lakes several years ago.
Najmark, who formerly worked in insurance, traded in a desk and phone for a pizza oven and pans more than 26 years ago, he said in a previous Patch interview. Sometimes he makes his handcrafter pies blindfolded just for fun, he said.

Since the move, βonly the name has changed,β Listman said.
The new eatery, now called Ally's Pizza & Pasta, is under the same ownership and βstill serves the same great food and delivers to all the previous areas as well as farther south,β Listman said.
Allyβs Β Pizza & Pasta, 7808 Land Oβ Lakes Blvd, is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. It offers delivery to pretty much all of Land Oβ Lakes, except for west on State Road 54, Listman said.
Any communities on or off of US 41 up to County Line Road; communities on east and west State Road 52; and those on and off of Ehren Cutoff and more are included in their service area, she said.
