Pedestrian Killed in Crash on East Bay Drive

A pedestrian was hit in the 3660 block of East Bay Drive Saturday night, according to police.

The man stepped off the sidewalk in front of a 2001 Nissan Maxima that was heading east in the curb lane, according to Largo Police.

The man was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries, according investigators.

Largo Police have not released the name of the man as family is being notified. Charges are not expected in the case, police say.
