Thursday, June 28

Philip Charles Donahue, 59, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of burglary-dwelling unoccupied. He was released on June 29.

Thomas Andrew Goldberg, 30, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of controlled substance (oxycodone) and possession of controlled substance (oxycondtin). He was released on June 29.

Madison Jeaneane Mera, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of grand theft, possession of a controlled substance-meprobamate, possession of controlled substance alprazolam, FTA battery and FTA petit theft. Total bond was set at $7,026.

Ellie Catherine Miller, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of meprobamate and retail theft. She was released on June 29.

Paul Michael Parker, 43, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of hydromorphone, sale of hydromorphone, sale of oxycodone, and possession of oxycodone. Total bond was set at $12,000.

David Wayne Ruch, 45, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of fleeing and eluding police officer. He was released on June 28.

Marlene Thomas, 69, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer, DUI, and resisting an officer without violence. She was released on June 28.

Richard Thomas Vann, 31, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of controlled substance (oxycontin) and possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone). He was released on June 29.

Friday, June 29

Eric Guy Darnell,42, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of tampering with a witness (domestic). He was released on June 29.

Maureen Dougherty, 47, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of crack cocaine (four counts) and sale of crack cocaine (four counts). Total bond was set at $28,000.

Stephen Douglas Hanney, 51, of Seminole, was arrested on the charge of exploitation of an elder. He was released on June 29.

Ashley Lynn Kittell, 26, of Palm Harbor, was arrested on the charges of petit theft and fraudulent use of personal identification information. She was released on June 30.

Kenneth Dewayne Shipp, 49, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of FTA utter forged instrument. He was released to another county on July 3.

Cody Andrew Shirey, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of VOP controlled substance fraud (two counts).

Shawn Wohlert, 37, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of crack cocaine and sale of crack cocaine. Bond was set at $6,000.

Michael Domenic Zazzaro, 31, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of deposit an item with intent to defraud. He was released on June 30.

Saturday, June 30

Patricia Hart Hanifen, 37, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property (two counts) and grand theft. Bond was set at $22,000.

Richard Hinsken, 37, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of petit theft. He was released on July 1.

Mikey Shane Williams, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500.

Sunday, July 1

Jose Francisco Colon, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of aggravated battery (pregnant female). He was released on July 2.

Jessica Brittan Gordon, 28, of Brandon, was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property, retail theft, and grand theft (two counts). She was released on July 3.

Franky Joe Lewis, 42, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property, possession of controlled substance, VOP driving while license was suspended or revoked, and retail theft. Bond was set at $12,150.

Brian Oliver, 31, of Brandon, was arrested on the charges of retail theft, dealing in stolen property, and grand theft. He was released on July 1.

Anthony Charles Salvo, 52, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of petit theft. Bond was set at $500.

Rex Anthony Spurgeon, 46, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and retail theft. Bond was set at $7,800.

Rebecca Carlisue Stafford, 36, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of DUI and possession of controlled substance (alprazolam). She was released on July 1.

Steven Joseph Dalaly, 23, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of petit theft (two priors-- felony). Bond was set at $1,000.

Cory Patrick Giordano, 27, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of exploitation of disabled adult. Bond was set at $5,000.

Jose Francisco Dickerson, 33, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of lease to manufacture controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and cultivation of cannabis. He was released on July 5.

Leigha Marie Farley, 21, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of counterfeit or possession of counterfeit payment. Bond was set at $5,000.

Jeffrey Douglas Fowler, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of cultivation of cannabis and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on July 3.

Duwan Newton, 28, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on July 4.

Lori Ann Siegel, 48, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of unlawful sexual activity with minors and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $10,000.
