Lutz resident and Azusa Pacific University, Calif., student David J. Francois made the academic Deans' List at APU. Francois is honored for a fall semester 2012 academic standing of a 3.5 or better grade-point average. Francois is a physics major, who is joined by 1,698 other students receiving the same honor.
