Vendor Application for Lutz Craft Fair and Business Expo

Attached is the Vendor Application for the Lutz Craft Fair and Small Business Expo Fundraiser on Sept 30.  We are providing the vendor spaces, a buffet that offers food only (for a fee), bounce houses, clowns, face painters, and a DJ.  Our Store Philly Cream will be selling soft drinks and Ice cream at the event.  The event if from 1pm to 7pm on September 30th.  Portions of our Buffet and Vendor Fees will go towards the Lutz Community for Children's Programs and the Lutz Centennial, the 100th Anniversary next year on July 4th.

Most applications are pre-approved but we will contact you after we receive it to confirm your space.  Craft Vendors who operate a home-based business and sale arts and crafts or other mail order type products will pay a $15 vendor fee (Money Order or Cash in person at our store ONLY).  Small Business's that have a place a business that want to advertise their products and services and give out promotional literature will pay a $25 vendor fee (Small Business Vendors may also pay by business check with approval).  All Non-profit organizations and some particular vendors we have authorized prior are fee exempt.  Non-profits require application approval unless pre-approved by invitation.

Electric and water is NOT provided.  If you need Electric or Water, please contact us and tell us what you may need it for and we will try to accommodate if approved.
