Locals Give Love to Lutz at Fourth of July Parade

Flag-waving residents lined the road as dozens of floats crawled by representing Boy Scout troops, area businesses, firefighters and politicos. There was also a 5k race and baking contest.

Lutz holds an Independence Day event every July, but this year was different. It also acknowledged the community’s 100th birthday.
