Candidates and community members alike will soon find out who will be sworn in on Dr. Seuss' "Green Eggs and Ham" as the new Lutz Guv'na. The race for the honorary annual title is near the finish line, with the decision coming during Lutz's July 4 parade.

“This is really giving back to the community,” Cecil had said.
