10 Restaurants Added To FL Michelin Guide

The 10 restaurants recently added to the FL Michelin Guide include 6 in Miami and 4 in the Orlando area — and none in the Tampa Bay area.

FLORIDA — Ten restaurants have been added to Florida’s Michelin Guide, which now has about 150 entries, according to a news release from Michelin North America.

“The Michelin Guide Miami, Orlando and Tampa” launched in 2022 as a partnership with Visit Florida.

Since then, the guide has focused on those major metro areas. And “Florida’s ever growing list of Michelin Guide restaurants … is as diverse as they come, and now, with these newest additions spread across the Sunshine State, that list keeps growing,” Michelin said.

“Florida's culinary scene benefits from the infusion of global flavors with spots like Chef Alejandra Espinoza's Cotoa (expect winning Latin American bites) and Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa's seafood-focused menu (influenced by traditional Portuguese preparations,” Michelin said.

Michelin added, “Fans of Japanese and Italian are in luck too, as spots like Sorekara and UniGirl offer up a world of delicious nigiri and traditional Japanese dishes, while Chef Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito presents Italian hits.”
