2 Children, 2 Adults Gunned Down In Miami

The incident happened around 6:15 p.m. in front of 1375 NW 62 Lane.

MIAMI, FL — Two boys and two men were shot early Saturday evening, according to Miami police. The incident happened around 6:15 p.m. The shooting occurred in front of 1375 NW 62 Lane.

"A group of friends were outside when an unknown person(s) began shooting in their direction, striking four of the persons in the crowd," explained Officer Kenia Fallat of the Miami Police Department.

None of the victims were identified by police. But Fallat said that the children were 13 and 16 while the adults were 19 and 20 years of age.

"The four wounded victims, 13-year-old, 16-year-old, 19-year-old, and 20-year-old males sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported via Miami Fire Rescue to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center," Fallat added.

She did not know what led to the shooting.
