1. Five West Point Cadets overdosed on fentanyl on a Florida trip to Fort Lauderdale. Police say they obtained the suspects number from cadets and arrested 21-year-old Axel Giovany Casseus on Friday evening after he sold them 43 grams of cocaine, according to the arrest report. Casseus also is facing a charge of burglary of an occupied dwelling from an incident in 2020 and was arrested again in April 2021 after authorities say he violated his pretrial release conditions by carrying a concealed weapon and driving with an expired license, according to court documents. 2. An elderly couple that was rushed to a hospital over the weekend after a fire erupted inside their condominium unit in Miami-Dade County has died, according to news reports. The couple was identified as Nicanor and Gisela Padron. A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist the family with the couple's funeral expenses. The cause of the fire is under investigation. 3. A Miami-Dade County employee deleted critical audio files chronicling the search-and-rescue effort of the first frantic hours of the Surfside condo collapse, one of the deadliest building disasters in U.S. history, an investigation by USA TODAY found. County officials reportedly admitted to the mistake after months of questioning. (Subscription: USA Today, Free: WPLG Local 10)

4. A proposed development in Coral Gables' Craft Section called "Alexan Crafts" would consist of 22 live-work units on the ground level, 263 residential units on upper levels, and 364 parking spaces onsite. It would be at 300 Catalonia Avenue. The developer says it would be a " low-scale pedestrian-oriented residential project that will really complement a lot of the office shops and restaurants" in the area. (Miami Today)

5. Anastasia, the hit new Broadway musical, will make its Miami premiere at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County from Tuesday, March 22 to Sunday, March 27. The musical will feature hits including "Journey to the Past" and "Once Upon a December." Tickets are now available. (Miami's Community News)
