1. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a motion in Florida court to unseal a search warrant executed earlier this week at Mar-a-Lago, former President Donald Trump's resort and residence in Florida, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Thursday during a news conference. 2. Popular OnlyFans and Instagram model Courtney Clenney has been arrested in the murder of her boyfriend Christian "Toby" Obumseli. Neighbors were shocked by the allegations. She is charged with second-degree murder with a deadly weapon. (WSVN, Miami Patch)

3. The 12th annual Style Saves Back to School event is Saturday and Sunday at Mana Wynwood. The Miami-based nonprofit was founded by Rachael Russell Saiger and Isabela Rangel Grutman. The event provides students uniforms, sneakers, school supplies, clothes and more. (CBS Miami)

4. Authorities in Palm Beach say they located a Pekingese-Maltese puppy stolen from a South Florida pet store last month, but have not found the woman accused of stealing the dog. The incident happened at Wet Kisses Pet Company store at 6169 S. Jog Rd. on July 23. (WPLG Local 10)

5. Brad Kilgore and Bar Lab are set to run the food and beverage operations at the Arlo Wynwood. Plans are to open by the fall. The venue will include a rooftop deck, third-floor cocktail lounge, and signature restaurant (Miami New Times)
