Coast Guard Launches Search For 52-Year-Old Man
The U.S. Coast Guard was searching Wednesday for a 52-year-old man who was last seen on a personal watercraft in the Florida Keys.

MARATHON, FL — The U.S. Coast Guard was searching Wednesday for a 52-year-old man who was last seen on a personal watercraft in the Florida Keys.
The girlfriend of 52-two-year-old Carlos Garcia-Cruz of Miami alerted the Coast Guard that Cruz left Marathon, Florida on a blue and white jet ski Saturday.
He was expected to return on Christmas Eve but never arrived.

"Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Key West received a report Tuesday from Garcia-Cruz's girlfriend," according to officials with the Coast Guard.
Cruz was wearing a life jacket when he left Marathon.

The search includes a Coast Guard Air Station Miami HC-144 Ocean Sentry airplane crew.
