1. The newly renovated mixed-use property CocoWalk has announced the opening of new dining concepts and retailers. Following the opening of the anticipated modern American restaurant Botánico Gin & Cookhouse in November, CocoWalk also welcomed Duck N’ Sum, a modern Asian restaurant. In December, Sushi Garage opens with Japanese flavors created by executive chef Sunny Oh. There's even more to come soon from Ariete Hospitality Group and others. (Miami's Community News)

2. Royal Caribbean's Wonder of Seas is expected to depart from Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean for its maiden voyage next month. The nearly 1,200-foot ship can hold over 6,900 guests and 2,300 crew members. (CBS Miami)

3. The owner of Coral House in Miami said they have been targeted by the same thief twice in almost three weeks. He said the first burglary happened on January 30. Both times, the owner immediately reported the crimes to City of Miami Police, but the thief has not been caught yet. (WSVN)

4. The Miami Springs Police Department took more than 240 noise complaint calls from outside a concert venue in Hialeah, but officers' hands were tied because the source was outside their jurisdiction. The City of Miami Springs has now filed a lawsuit against the concert venue, but lawyers claim the City of Miami Springs lacks the legal standing, or the jurisdiction to file its claim, and the case should be dismissed. (WPLG Local 10)

5. A man was struck by a car after video showed him allegedly being shoved into the northeast Miami-Dade roadway by another man, who ran away but was later caught. Police have arrested Enrico Desravines and charged him with battery and resisting arrest. (NBC Miami)
