1. Miami-Dade County Commissioner Joe Martinez is turning himself in to authorities soon as part of a public corruption investigation, according to multiple reports. Martinez was first elected to the county commission in 2000. It is not clear what crime he has committed. (WPLG Local 10, WSVN)
2. The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Miami Marlins 8-1 on Sunday. Brian Anderson hit a solo homer. The Dodgers will play the Marlins in Miami tonight at 6:40 p.m.(CBS Miami, MLB.com)

- Four conservation groups say they plan to sue to block the The Miami Wilds waterpark behind Zoo Miami. They claim violations of the Endangered Species Act in the project. (Miami Today)
