1. A window washer died after falling from scaffolding in Coral Gables on Wednesday afternoon, officials said. The incident happened around 2:30 p.m. at a building near Salzedo Street and Alhambra Circle. (NBC Miami)

2. Miami Dade College is seeing a rebound with a 6.6% increase in enrollment credit hours and headcount for the fall 2022 term year-over-year in comparison to fall 2021. The college has pledged to play a major role in addressing the nursing shortage in South Florida. (Miami Today)

3. A pro-life clinic in South Florida was vandalized on Sunday according to surveillance video. The Pregnancy Help Medical Clinics in Hialeah with the message, "If abortions aren’t safe neither are you." Hialeah Mayor Steve Bovo has called it a hate crime. (WSVN)

4. A man is charged with harassing or molesting marine turtles or their eggs after a confrontation on Miami Beach. Brandon Bowen allegedly placed his towel directly within a sectioned-off portion of sand for turtle nesting, angering other beachgoers who contacted police and recorded the encounter. (WSVN)

5. Miami's NOW chapter is providing abortion access information at meetings, events and online. It is part of the Bans Off Our Bodies movement. The group has seen a surge in membership and interest since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and so have other abortion rights groups including the Southern Birth Justice Network.
