1. Joe’s Stone Crab in Miami Beach reopened its doors on Friday for its 110th season. Visitors lined up for opening day, including those who make it an annual trip. The season runs through through May 1. (WSVN)

2. Miami Dolphins quarterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater were both released from concussion protocols on Saturday, according to news reports. Tagovailoa has been out on protocols since being injured in the head against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sept. 29. (NBC Miami, ESPN)

3. The Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) is now investigating the threat allegedly made against a juror during the penalty trial of Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz. The juror claims she "received what she perceived to be a threat from a fellow juror while in the jury room," according to a motion. (WPLG Local 10)

4. Two people were hospitalized after a turbulent American Airlines flight from John. F Kennedy Airport (JFK) to Miami International Airport (MIA). Passengers said, "The plane was going up and down. People were bumping their heads; people lost their stuff." (WSVN)

5. Miami Dade College's Miami Film Festival is hosting its ninth annual Miami Film Festival Gems at the Tower Theater in Little Havana. It could be the last one after the city terminated an agreement with the college. The festival will be held from Nov. 3 to Nov. 10. (Miami Today)
