Miami Bank Of America Branch Robbed
A lone bandit held up a Bank of America branch in Miami on Thursday as he was holding what appeared to be a cheerleader's pom pom.

MIAMI, FL — The FBI is searching for an older bandit who held up a Bank of America branch on Thursday. The robbery took place around 2:02 p.m. The branch is located at 1313 NW 36th St.
"The robber entered the bank and demanded money from a bank employee," according to Special Agent Michael Leverock and spokesman Jim Marshall of the FBI in Miami.
The FBI released photographs of the suspect taken from surveillance cameras. The FBI would not say how much money was taken during the robbery.

The bandit could be seen in the surveillance image holding something that looked like a cheerleader's pom pom as he reached into the teller's window.
Leverock and Marshall added that there were customers in the bank at the time of the robbery but no one was injured.
