1. Pilo's Tequila Garden is bringing some Mexican flare to the Wynwood art district. It is the only tequila garden in Miami. The garden also prides itself on supporting local artists and organizations, with art pieces helping to raise money for different causes. (WPLG Local 10)
2. Former Miami-Dade County police lieutenant, 47-year-old Braulio Gonzalez, was convicted of armed kidnapping and several counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, according to Miami Herald. (WFTV)
3. A $25 million Miami Beach luxury condo has three separate residences within and boasts a beautiful ocean views. The residences are connected by a 700-square-foot private terrace. Other features include a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, an attended pool, a movie theater and a private gym in the building. (Miami Patch)
4. Miami pizza restaurant, Crust, located on the Miami River, ranked in at number 71 on the list of 100 top restaurants for pizza in the United States. The list was made by online review-giant Yelp and ranked restaurants by calculating several factors including total volume and ratings of reviews. (Subscription: Miami Herald)
5. Trammell Crow Residential wants to build a 576-unit apartment community on land it has under contract next to West Kendall Baptist Hospital. The plan also calls for 953 parking spaces and amenities, including a clubhouse and dog park. (The Real Deal)
