Missing 10-Month-Old Child In Miami
Noah Florvil was last seen on Sunday night with a woman called "Bella."

MIAMI, FL — Miami police are asking for the public's help in finding a 10-month-old child, who has been missing since Sunday night around 9:30 p.m. Noah Florvil was last seen with a woman called "Bella." The child lives in the 6600 block of NW 12th Street.
"The child was last seen with a heavyset white female, “Bella,” according to Miami police. The woman was described as having blonde hair with a green streak in front. She was last seen wearing a purple and pink bra, purple jacket and black tights with a green, yellow and red flower.
"The child was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray pants and no shoes," according to Miami police.

The child is described as black, 2 feet 6 inches tall, 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
