Bipolar Woman Located In Miami

MIAMI, FL — Police have located a missing Miami woman who suffers from bipolar disorder and depression. Alixa Sanchez was found safe, according to Miami police. She wandered away from her home in Miami.

"We have located Alixa Sanchez and she is safe with her family," Miami police said on Saturday.

Sanchez' daughter thanked everyone who helped find her mother.

"My mom was found and we are in the hospital with her," she said on social media. "Thank you so much for all of your amazing support and all the shares! We really can't take all of you enough."
