1. Pink Love Donuts & More has opened in Oakland Park and is now selling donuts, croissants, empanadas, and more. The bakeshop opened in June 2021 when owner Diego Macedo and his wife Jaqueline had to close their Argentinian restaurant due to COVID. (CBS Miami)

2. Industrious, a coworking space provider based in New York, is coming to South Beach with a new 40,000-square-foot location. It will replace the space previously occupied by WeWork. The office market in Miami Beach is surging thanks to wealthy hedge fund managers buying homes in the city during the pandemic. (Subscription: South Florida Business Journal)

3. A company that produces a Russian-made vodka, Zyr Vodka, is switching operations to South Florida after an entrepreneur changed up his business plan due to the crisis in Ukraine. CEO Dave Katz plans to recreate Zyr with American wheat and rye, and then distill the vodka in South Florida. (WSVN)

THesis Hotel Miami is bringing the stylish local clothing brand Tyna Collection to its lobby on Friday, March 18 between 6p.m. and 9p.m. Guests can browse an elegant collection of apparel and accessories at this pop-up shop as a part of the hotel's female-owned businesses series honoring Women's History Month. 5. A visitor to South Florida accidentally slept in someone's home thinking it was his Airbnb. After a long day of traveling, he arrived at what he thought was his unlocked room, around 2 a.m. "In the bedroom, the bed was made and ready to go, and there were two clean folded towels waiting for me," said Paul Drecksler.   • You can rent a Bright Bike for just $1 per 1/2 hour. There are currently more than 200 bikes across 13 stations around the city with more stations coming next month. (Twitter)
