Here are the top stories in Miami today:
1. An arrest has been made in a West Palm Beach double murder. Guillermo Silva, 57, has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. (CBS Miami)
2. Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department held a memorial service on Tuesday to honor employees who died of COVID-19 in 2021. The six officers honored are Juan Llanes, Alexey Aguilar, David Jean-Baptist, Calyne St. Val, Terrell Jordan and Sylvia Allen. (CBS Miami)
3. A woman was injured after she was caught in the crossfire of two cars shooting at each other on Interstate 95 in northwest Miami-Dade early Tuesday, officials said. No other injuries were reported. (NBC Miami)
4. A fire was reported Monday night at Golden Rule Seafood restaurant in Palmetto Bay on South Dixie Highway and East Evergreen Street. No injuries were reported and no cause to the fire has been determined at this time. (WPLG Local 10)
5. A Miami couple was arrested for stealing a French bulldog and demanding a cash reward to return the dog to its owner. Reinier Fuentes, 36, and 26-year-old Lilianne Domingue have been charged with grand theft, dealing in stolen property and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. (WSVN)

- Ian Anthony Medina, 28, of Miami Lakes was arrested last weekend and charged with multiple felonies including practicing law without a license, organized scheme to defraud, grand theft and faking false statements.
