1. The largest aviation leasing company in the world, AerCap, has signed a deal to bring its U.S. headquarters to the under-construction 830 Brickell office tower. The company will occupy the entire 50th floor of the building and have 50 employees working there. 830 Brickell is set to become Miami’s second tallest office tower. (The Next Miami)

2. After a successful collaboration last year, Salt & Straw x The Salty Donut in Miami is coming back for round two. This year’s collaboration includes five brand new donut-infused ice cream flavors including the Boston Cream Donut, Death By Chocolate Cronut, Horchata Donut, and more. (Ocean Drive Magazine)

3. The judge presiding over the penalty trial of the Parkland school shooter said she has no choice but to delay jury selection until at least the first week of April after prosecutors requested more time to prepare. The state say the delay is needed because the defense only recently began forwarding evidence that their experts will rely on to argue that the accused should not receive the death penalty for the 2018 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that left 17 people dead. (CBS Miami)

4. The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) has added a new, self-reconnect water service option as part of its online account service menu. Other online customer service applications include the ability to start/stop/transfer their water service, request a pool credit, a payment extension, or a high bill investigation. (Miami's Community News)

5. A female great white shark named Sable has been tracked from Canadian waters all the way to South Florida. She was named after the Sable Island National Park Reserve, which is about 180 miles off Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she was initially tagged. (Miami Patch)
