1. This April, Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny is giving fans the opportunity of a one-night stay in his personal 53-foot, matte-black semi-truck trailer. Following his tour stop in Miami, fans will be able to book it on Airbnb for three individual one-night stays on April 6, 7 and 8 for two guests. Each night will be priced at $91, a nod to the artist's record-breaking 9.1 billion streams on Spotify. (Time Out Miami)
2. Downtown Miami's Bayfront Park will host Ultra Music Festival this weekend, after a four year absence and tickets are completely sold out. The last time time Ultra was held at Bayfront Park in 2018, attendance topped 165,000. A curfew in Miami Beach is affecting at least one venue that would normally attract some of Ultra's crowds. (The Next Miami)
3. Miami-Dade County Animal Services has issued a warning for dog owners about taking your pet out in public, as a highly contagious virus is spreading throughout South Florida, and could put your dog in danger. It’s called CIRDC or canine infectious respiratory disease complex. Though most cases are mild, the virus is highly contagious, especially from close contact with other dogs. (WSVN)
4. Deputies closed Broward Boulevard in both directions for hours after a Broward Sheriff's Office deputy shot a suspect on Thursday near Fort Lauderdale. Witnesses said deputies followed the man out of the Walmart Supercenter, at 2500 W. Broward Blvd., across from a BSO building. The man ran to the parking lot, got inside a car, and drove away. Deputies then followed the man to a Checkers drive-in. (WPLG Local 10)
5. Former President Trump filed the lawsuit Thursday in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida in Miami. In the lawsuit, Trump accuses Hillary Clinton and the DNC of falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement and exploiting access to highly sensitive data sources in an attempt to create a false narrative that Trump "was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty."
