Super Bowl LIV: Don't Be Surprised If Your Local Mailbox Is Gone
As South Florida prepares to welcome Super Bowl LIV, some preparations are more obvious than others.

MIAMI, FL — As South Florida prepares to welcome Super Bowl LIV, some preparations are more obvious than others.
The U.S. Postal Service is taking out a number of blue mail collection boxes around the area where Super Bowl events are planned.
A total of 19 collection boxes are being removed from Davie, Miami and Miami Beach ahead of the big game, according to the agency's Debbie Fetterly.

Fetterly said the boxes will be reinstalled between Feb. 4-7. In the interim, she said customers should plan to take their mail out of the immediate areas where Super Bowl events are taking place.
In Miami Beach, the following blue collection boxes had already been removed as of Tuesday.

The following collection box was also scheduled to be removed from Davie by Jan. 25:
- 3416 S University Dr
