Super Bowl LIV Will Pay You To Attend The Big Game
If you can't afford the estimated $5,200 to $33,600 to attend Super Bowl LIV, there may be another way to experience the big game.

MIAMI, FL — If you can't afford to shell out the estimated $5,200 to $33,600 to attend Super Bowl LIV, there may be another way — maybe even a better way — to experience some of the magic of the big game. Oh, and you'll be paid $8.56 an hour for your time.
If you can "push, pull, bend and lift up to 50 pounds" and you have the time to attend multiple rehearsals at Hard Rock Stadium in the days before Super Bowl Sunday on Feb. 2, you can apply to be one of 600 field team members for the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show starring Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.
Field team members will be assigned to teams that are responsible for moving around the scenic elements of the production on the field at halftime. That is, essentially, the stage broken down into smaller pieces. You'll also be part of the two scheduled dress rehearsals where the performers run through their acts.

The downside is that you will only catch about two minutes of the actual game, but those two minutes will be spent on the sidelines of the Super Bowl, which will be an endless source of bragging rights well into the next decade. You will be bused to and from the stadium on game day. A police escort was provided during the last Super Bowl in Miami, where the roads were shut down along the way.
Field team members must commit to attending all posted rehearsals, be over the age of 18 and be in good physical health. No prior experience is required but is probably looked on favorably.
